Little Man Isn't So Little Anymore

Good news! Riley is an ounce shy of 11 pounds! He is doing very well... Starting to sleep through the night, smiling now and generally still layed back.


Bummer news... I went back to work. Funny thing, I love to work before he was born but now I am counting the minutes till I can go pick him up. It's official: I'm a mom. (grin) (I DO admit the adult conversation during the day is rather nice...)

Lois is great & gets up at 6ish everyday to get in her workout and time with Riley. I get up extra early to spend time with him as well. She gets solo mom time on Fridays when I play volleyball in a league...

Our first beach trip is scheduled at the end of the month!! Our good friends Tammy and Emma came to visit with their daughter Teagan (7months). We had a great time and now the kids have been introduced! Future friends I am sure....
