Planes, Mini-Vans, Family in California and the ER..

A short update on the Life of Riley...

We took another plane ride to California & attended my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary party. Riley did great on the plane & enjoyed all the activity of the airport.

On the left, Lo is playing 'air puff's' with Ri at the Atlanta Airport- he loved it till the water from the bottle splashed him. We thought it was hilarious that he was wet faced, but little man was none too entertained. His lack of humor should have been a sign.....

He started vomiting the day we got there, at the same time our sister-in-law started having labor pain at the dinner gathering Friday... When all was said and done- a new baby was born that night, Riley's cousin Tiffany. Riley threw up & slept through the 50th Anniversary party & we ended up flying back from Northern Cal on a red-eye, straight to the Children's ER, 3 different IV solutions later & 32 hours without sleep for the mommies... we finally dragged ourselves home.

We are pretty sure that if you can survive Daycare- you can survive ANYWHERE.

Thankfully, nothing more exciting has happened. Lois & I are great. She is SUCH an awesome mom and partner. Riley just lights up when she walks in the room. She is his bestfriend. Course she's mine as well, so we spend alot of time together as a family- all in good company.

Easter will be spent at the beach in Charleston, SC. I'll be taking my board! WOO HOO!! Riley will be getting his first ocean dunking& Easter Egg hunting.

Lois and Ri, once again on the deck... We spent about 10 minutes every morning out there. Entire groups of deer and thier babies would come so close- you just had to watch.

Welcome Tiffany!! Our Newest Family Member!! She and Riley are 7 months apart. He was in full barf swing, so they didn't get to meet...but he sent his warm Virus Filled love to his new cousin...
